Shipping policy

Our shipping generally takes 10 - 17 day from date of payment to get the products delivered to you.

We can not take responsibility for any lost or delayed orders. But we will do our best to assist or refund you should any issues arise.

Shipping is free on all physical products on main courier transit routes.

Shipping to outlying areas will most of the time incur additional shipping fees. We suggest shipping your orders to an address close to major cities or towns to avoid the additional fees.

Shipping fees exceeding the standards estimated allowable amounts for shipping will be charged.
